All returns will be refunded  provided the returned product complies with our return policy. To initiate a return, you can send return request via email support@jacketnext.com, a return label will be generated for your convenience.

  1. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  3. Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered, and all original tags must still be attached.

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return once received by our distribution center. Jacketnext is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit, so retain your proof of shipment and/or tracking number.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Sale and promotional items are final sales and cannot be returned for store credit.
