Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped from GA, USA. Once your order is placed, it will be shipped on the same day from our Georgia warehouse and is expected to be delivered within 1 to 5 days in most cases. However, please note that once the package is handed over to the carrier, any delays are beyond our control. If you encounter difficulties tracking your order, please contact our agents via email at support@jacketnext.com.

Address Modification:

Delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. We only deliver to the address indicated in the initial order. We cannot be held responsible for delivery errors resulting from incorrect addresses.

Modification or Cancellation of an Order:

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. We are not responsible for any order errors. If you need to return an order, please send it to the following address, including all necessary information and your order number on the first line next to the recipient:

Tracking Your Package:

Upon shipment, you will receive an automatic email or text message containing your tracking number. The tracking information will be updated from production to the shipment of your order. Please allow up to 48 business hours after the tracking number is created for activation.

Pre-sale Products:

The delivery start date for pre-sale products is indicated at the top of the product description. Orders containing pre-sale products will be shipped starting from the specified delivery date. If your order includes both pre-sale and non-pre-sale items and you prefer separate shipments, we recommend placing two separate orders.
